The Grain Store

The Grain Store is one of our lovely self-catering cottages located in the heart of Cairngorms National Park. The cottage offers a friendly, spacious open plan living space which is perfect for a small family getaway. The cottage is the perfect place to relax with a log burning stove making it warm and cosy during colder periods.

The 4-metre tall gable windows offer beautiful views out across the surrounding landscape for visitors to enjoy while enjoying a glass of wine or a good book.The cottage includes one twin bedroom and a double room. Both rooms offer the option of adding an additional single bed or cot. You can enjoy the luxury of sleeping in a generous king-sized bed in the master bedroom for extra comfort.

If you enjoy outside dining, there is a picnic table available for use in the courtyard. This offers an excellent opportunity to unwind at the end of the day or enjoy a drink.

The park offers cycle routes for mountain bikes, horse riding or hiking. You can enjoy mountain trails, woodland walks or visits to the beaches of Loch Morlich. In the local area, you will also find 12 golf courses, watersports and even a bungee jump from a bridge.
